Center pulley on 36" deck

Hey guys, I was mowing last weekend and noticed that the deck was making some noise. So I started investigating and the front center pulley is wabbling around a bit. I took everything apart and I am not sure if it is the pulley or the shaft that goes through to the blade. Can somebody help me out here and let me know how to fix this or what I need to do.

You'll have to take off the pulley and see if its the shaft thats worn or the pulley thats worn out... one of those have to take it apart to find out kinda things...

You can grab the blade from under the deck and move it side to side to check the bearings in the spindle though.
