Sparky, thank you for taking the pictures. I love to see pics of C160's, even if they have the wrong seat and lift lever! I sure wished I was there, it looks like a lot of fun. Thanks again for remembering those who couldn't make it!

It took us almost 7 hours to get there but it was worth it. If you look at the pics of my trailer take a look at the older tractor loaded on the front right side of the trailer. Its a 1968 Wheel Horse 500 special with the Indy 500 Decals still intact. That is next years raffle tractor.

I read that on the "Yahoo" group about the 500 special being the raffle tractor next year.

There are a few of those around my parts, location I guess.

I don't get to excited about the Tecumseh powered tractors anymore after haveing a few...but never know...may just have to pick one of the "specials" up?

The Ponds in the above pics both look nice...I had a 53 and sold it to another collector...was very neat but torture to operate.

I'm not a Tecumseh fan either but I drove next years raffle tractor onto the show grounds to drop it off and its was the smoothest, nicest sounding Tec motor I have ever heard. I only own one tractor with a Tec motor and I even had the carb rebuilt by a profesional and it still will sputter sometimes and has never been as smooth as my Kohlers.

I have never liked Tecumseh, but I do have a push mower with a Tecumseh 3.5 HP engine on it. I think that it is an MTD or something like that, anyway it always starts right up. It is about 12 years old, I leave the gas in it all year long, never changed the oil....... I am sure it will break now, damm jinxed myself now...

In keeping with my theme for the day, here are the pictures which Sparky took at last years WHCC show.
