acsousa82 5 #2 Posted April 20, 2009 I was having a similar problem with my 753, where fuel would build up on top of the cab float which allows fuel to continually flow through the carb and ultimately out of the air filter. A simple solution would be to add a fuel cut off valve if you did not already have one and cut the fuel while the tractor is shut off. This prevents the fuel from the gas tank, which is mounted higher in height than the carb, from flowing above the float and flooding the carb bowl. Sometimes gravity is not our friend. acsousa82 5 #3 Posted April 20, 2009 One more thing to check would be the float in carb to make sure it has no holes and is not taking in fuel. This would make it heavy and open fuel inlet continually. Sometimes even new floats have small pin holes. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
