Teddy da Bear 11 #1 Posted March 14, 2009 My wife and I were so anxious to start our auction season. Unfortunately....as what often happens we have two auctions on the same day....many miles apart....and both have wheel horses!! So to begin with....did not plan well to have sufficient funds for unforseen bidding wars.... Next we woke up an hour and a half late. We borrowed some money and off we went to Leo Indiana for the 9:00am auction and a 416-8C. We got there ......surprizingly in time for the auctioning of the wheel horse... But it weren't really worth much... Rougher than a cob and no deck. So I told my wife "we're out of here". Off we went to the other side of the state in Plymouth for the big FFA Consignment auction. We arrived ok, but 15 minutes late for the 416-8 they had there. Not really upset because it was in the same rough condition..... They had a suburban that went too high for my taste. And we left there empty handed. We then decided to stop by my wife's sister's place. I asked my inlaw about a certain wheel horse item he had... He said if you can get it off the tractor it is yours! Well....looks like I got it off the tractor........lol.... Haven't measured it yet....but she looks to be a 50 incher!!! This makes my second SBM and got both sizes. It is missing the wishbone looking part and locking collar that attaches to the ears of the tranny.

Teddy da Bear 11 #4 Posted March 15, 2009 Thanks guys.... I haven't had time to go over it... Driving long distances really sucks the life out of me anymore.....to tired. We put in about 300 miles today. I believe it is an older model. P.O. said it used a trip-foot lever. And of course......not tags or stickers to be seen.
