I have never used the rustoleum but my dad has on the decks and stuff and he says it is tuff paint. I am getting ready to use some on my 1046 so I will know more in a bit.

I think rustoleum makes good primer and paint. If you get the hang of " spray bombing" , you can get some pretty good durable results. The low cost and easy availability is a plus, but really a non-issue. I would hate to prep all of the stuff, then save $10 on paint just to do it again in a couple of years. Good Luck
