Ok, horsemen. my 417a is my favorite (first one) horse. It has always ran good. I put a new battery in and nothing happens. No lights no nothing. I checked for voltage on the leaving side of the starter solenoid and got nothing when turning the key. This has me really upset.. HELP..????????

Yea, There is 12 volts coming in on the entering side of solenoid. You might be right about the ground. Is there any safety switches that would do this.???

I think you might be on to something on the grounding. I did have a couple mice winter over..
