What was the original color of an Ohio steel 10 cubic foot trailer in 1976 and 1977?

I know these things were made by them and marketed to several different companies. We have one that was originally red. Would that have been a Wheelhorse trailer or would it have been an Ohio Steel trailer marketed as Ohio Steel?

I had a red Ohio Steel trailer. It did not say Wheel Horse anywhere except on the I.D. Tag. It said, " Made for Wheel Horse Ohio Steel Corp"

Do you know what the original color of the wheels was?

@gwest_ca

That's awesome Garry. Thanks.

What we have here is.... Number 15. 10 cu ft.

I read somewhere on Redsquare that it's a 76/77 because of the round tongue.

I'm fairly sure ours was not originally a Wheelhorse trailer.

It was given to us by a close friend. It was part of her dad's estate.

He bought it red (with yellow wheels?)

And painted it green to match his tractor when it was new.

She told us yesterday she would like to see it painted red to match my Honey's 657 and put Wheelhorse stickers on it.

Can do!!

Most likely an off-white. Linen-beige is what some use.

Wimbledon White is a Ford color that has been used for years and often packaged in spray cans because it is so popular.
