Jabelding 18 #1 Posted August 6, 2018 Hi Everyone, New to the forum here I usually collect tractors of a different color. I saw this auction come up and wanted to make sure you all knew about it Lots of WH tractors and parts. Not sure if VINCENT RODERICK was a member here but it looks like a great collection, to bad to let any of it head to the junk heap so figured I would let people know. https://keenanauction.com/auction.cgi?i=4405 6 3

WHNJ701 4,164 #17 Posted August 20, 2018 17% buyers premium OUCH!!
CasualObserver 3,406 #18 Posted August 20, 2018 Unfortunately on those online auctions the auctioneers need to charge those buyers premiums to cover what they have to to pay directly to the software company that administrates the auction. The buyer is picking up the tab for being able to bid online. I get those.... What I can't stand are auctioneers that charge buyers premiums at a live auction. That's just robbery... Charging me to spend my money! Ridiculous. Ok, sorry.... Good luck to you guys. Those look like nice machines.

MarkS 122 #24 Posted August 20, 2018 @ebinmaine How did you make out? I didn't end up bidding on anything, but I saw a couple RJ's went for less than $150. Really broke my heart not to bid, but it was just too far!

Stopped by there today at the request of the auction company because I am a local. 1 minute ago, MarkS said: @ebinmaine How did you make out? It was, to say the least, and extremely impressive collection that varied in Year from around 1960 or so all the way up to maybe 1995 ish? Most of the tractors are what I would call Works in progress. I picked up some of the smaller stuff. I ended up getting four tractors and two parts shelves full of stuff and some various other items. I'll get some pictures posted as I get them here at home. Should be tomorrow if everything goes right. FYI teaser. I have a box of bearings That I'm going to need some help identifying. There are a few big rollers in there with the number 3110. There are also a whole bunch of needle bearings with the number 3110. Two completely different bearings even though the number is the same so there must be some kind of a letter differentiation there. 1
