Pullstart’s ‘Horse rescue... brings in a Charger 12

Found this Charger looking for a deck for a buddy.  Didn’t find him a deck, but I think this will justify me selling him one!

It’s a 40 x 80... if it’s full of Wheel Horses some day... I’ll be ready for my intervention.

I'm okay with that. You can park a wheel horse on dirt.

Wait.

Aren't you in the middle of building a brand new bathroom??

:text-coolphotos:             Looks like a nice haul!                             :woohoo:

Kevin I see a trailer behind your truck. Had you brought it to the Big Show you could have brought at least six more home.     :ychain:

Yeah, I’m still on bathroom duty.  But just for you Eric... got a load of gypsum today!  Now to unload these 10 footers by myself...

I don’t trust the tires on the trailer to get to the state line, let alone a 1300 mile round trip!

Richie.  Richie?  You don’t trust my rigging?  They’re safe in the dining room, along with tools wires copper and other junk... right where it all belongs!

I wish I had taken a picture of the way I transported the aluminum fascia and vinyl soffit when I built our house. I tied down a 12' extension ladder at the front of the bed of my pick up and let it hang over the tailgate about six feet. The 12 foot boxes were stacked on top of the ladder and strapped down. A couple of more straps to the front tie points on the truck bed just for good measure and off I went. Probably violated a law or two, but made it home safely.

Great idea!  I have a siding job coming up when the bathroom is done, and my flat bed trailer is broken AND loaded... with no interest to invest in it right now.  It’s pretty worn.  I was thinking of buying a 12’ 2x12 to stack siding on top of, but I already have an extension ladder!
