Need Help with CBR-32(frontsickle mower)

Well after 3 years of staring me in the face evertime I go into the shop. I broke down and started restoreing my front sickle mower for one of the RJ-58. Have it all painted but I'm missing some parts. Hopefully some one here would gracefully take it in there heart and measure up the parts I need off there sickle mower. So I can fab up new parts. What I need is: The foot pedal clutch and idler lever assembly, Need material thickness and hole dia. and placements. I hope some one can help? Thanks

I don't have a deck for mine but I believe this is the same lever assembly for both. It works for my CBR-32. #3 is 3/16" thick and #4 & #5 are 1/4" thick. I forgot to measure the pulley but I think it's 3". The spring connects through a hole drilled in the pulleys stud. Let me know if you need anything else.
