If it’s a 12hp then it’s a C-125 Automatic.

I don't think a C-125 automatic came with hydraulic lift. 145 and 165 did come with hydraulic lift.

The black handle at the lower left side of the tractor and you can see some of the hydraulics just to the right of the flywheel screen.

Would it be hydraulics just to lift the deck? Or can it do other? is the pump capable of other?

The lift system can be used for a snow/grader blade, rototiller or any other implement.

It looks to be a late '82 or early '83 as it has the plastic fender but later hydraulic lift handle.
