The first one is a great seat and the mounting holes are correct for many of the wheel horses.  I've put several of them on my horses.  And it's easy on your back!!!

Awesome. Thanks! Eager to replace it after I work out all the bugs. Waiting on a new fuel pump, mine mostly died during the shakedown period. I intend to use this beast to pull logs and I can't have it break down in the woods on the side of the mountain. I've been cutting grass with it to give it a workout and that rusty metal seat is awful.

Wildfire305, I believe the second seat in your post is identical to the one on my Raider 10.  It is a great seat, and very comfortable.  It bolted to the factory holes in the fender pan, but I had to make spacers to raise it, as it interfered with the fender bulges on my tractor.  I had planned to raise the seat to give me a little more legroom, so it was no big deal.  My original seat pan tapers up on the sides to clear the fenders, but the new seat does not have enough taper  to clear.
