Here's my 655 resto that I picked up for a song here in Nashville. I put in 8 hp Kohler engine to replace the h60  techumseh that was on it which was trashed.

I have a 655 with the original Tecumseh that actually still works. I took the head off for a new head gasket and did a little port work to it. I am sure it won't last as long now.

I am curious to see how transplanting a 8hp will go.

The K181  bolted right on. The holes were already there. I'm guessing that you have an H60  on yours now ?
