D180 Rear Axle hubs

Since D's are so foreign to me, are their rear axle hubs 1-1/8" like the majority of other Wheel Horses? The reason I ask is I have the opportunity to get some really nice rear tires, wheels, and wheel hubs I would consider for my C165 for an upcoming project.

Any  1 1/8" hub will fit the "D: axles.

D series hubs are much longer and have different bolt pattern and center hole

Sounded to me like he wants to put some already mounter tires and run them on a temporary basis.

Bingo. But probably permanent. I would like to turn my C165-8 into something size wise of a C195 and eventually add hydraulics, rear pto, ect.

The outer D set screw will probably beyond the end of C-165 axle

If you want to go bigger with the tires you can stay with the five lug  hubs and find some Ford or Mopar rims that have the 4.5" bolt circle. You will want to make some front spindles to lift the front end enough to set level too. Then the running boards will need to be moved forward to clear the bigger tires and the seat/Fender pan will need to be raised up to clear. By the time you add a pump and three point and everything you probably would have come out ahead of the game buying a Super C in the first place.
