darkstar601 0 #1 Posted June 15, 2018 Hi Everyone I have a M/N 73449 Year 2000 toro Wheel Horse 314-8. I was trying to find out what is the name of the part and P/N that sends power to power up the coil? The guys at a dealer said they don't make the part any more and they just put a regular switch and wire in directly from the battery to the coil? rmaynard 14,888 #2 Posted June 15, 2018 Not sure that I understand your question, but I think that model had a Kohler Command series engine with a spark module (magneto) Kohler P/N 12 584 05-S. It is self-powering. Probably has a wire going to it to ground it to stop the engine. Hopefully, someone else will confirm this or tell me I'm way off base. 953 nut 51,625 #3 Posted June 15, 2018 Take a look at page 396 of this manual and you will see your ignition system. let us know what part you need.
