Walk behind advice ?

It's time for a new mower for Mom .

The Toro Personal Pace lasted 11 seasons but there are things that will keep me from buying another one .

1 ) The absolutely asinine procedure to change the oil . ( flip MOWER upside down and drain  )

2) ) The electric starting system always  seemed  weak and was sub-par .

The essentials :

Must be electric start ( she's 77 years young )

Must be side discharge .

What I'd like to see :

Front caster type wheels .

I'd also like to see if any electric start mowers have charging systems rather than plugging a battery into the wall when finished . Probably not one on the market but I haven't shopped around yet .

Money isn't an issue either within reason .

Never-mind fellas , just had the mower apart and discovered the air-gap was nearly  non-existent .

Scuffed clean the magnets , reset the air gap to the thickness of a business card and she purrs like a kitten .

Digger...dang TORO stuff just runs forever.  Take the wife out for dinner. :occasion-xmas:  One more thought...if you never change the oil, you will not have to turn the mower upside down.   :banana-linedance:
