Chris G 3,272 #1 Posted March 30, 2018 (edited) So I went this morning and rescued these two horses and a brinly cultivator. Theres a 1964 lawn ranger and 1962 552. I'm gonna see how bad the 552 is. Cause I recently picked up another 552 that was a parts machine as well. I even got the original bill of sale for the one serial number. Chris G 3,272 #3 Posted March 30, 2018 Ya that's kinda what got my attention. The engine is set up solid but everything else is pretty decent with it. Besides the seat and tires.
squonk 38,569 #4 Posted March 30, 2018 Good find. all I see around me are the same 5 overpriced tractors on CL that have been there for months.
Chris G 3,272 #5 Posted March 30, 2018 I actually didn't go looking for these. The ranger and cultivator came from one guy and the 552 another. But the both called me about them. Said they got my number from someone. 1

Here I am in the middle of a "Wheel Horse Desert", nothing around to buy for a hundred miles and you have people calling to give them to you. It just isn't fair! 2
Chris G 3,272 #8 Posted March 30, 2018 I'm sorry. Didn't meet to rub it in on anyone. I did pay for them, I just didn't have to look for them. 2

Chris G 3,272 #10 Posted April 4, 2018 Just for the serial number tracking. The lawn ranger is a 34R. I refrenced the engine model number to the wheel horse model list.
