I have a few extras kicking around that need to go to a new home,

everything is priced to go, not making a killing on anything!

1969 Charger 12 Automatic with nice 48" SD Deck and hydraulic lift. This was purchased last week as a non-running parts tractor. Once I got it running and found out how well it runs and how strong the Sundstrtand automatic is I couldn't bring myself to part it out. It isn't pretty and the deck has a small weld repair but they are solid and work great. The 12 HP Kohler has no smoke at all and starts and runs great. Rear tires are Carlisle and don't show any signs of age cracking, fronts are original style  tires and do have some cracks but all tires hold air just fine. The battery is good and strong.

I am picking up a 953 from member Mike's Horse Barn and have no need for the 48" deck that comes with it. One of the blade spindles has a bit of play and I will include a good spindle as well as a new set of blades.     $ 75.00 for all.

 

I will be picking up a '68 Commando roller and am only buying it for the transmission, rear tires and seat. Anyone who wants any or all of what is lift can have it for free if you are willing to remove it. First come first served, PM me with your wants. @rjg854 has dibs on these; seat pan and steering wheel and front wheels, everything on the Commando is spoken for.

Ain't that how it goes all too often Richard ...ya pick up what appears to be a parts tractor and with very little tinkering motor runs strong! Despite the black that looks like a nice survivor.

It is hard to believe that we are only about 6 weeks out from the Big Show!  I really want to purchase this round hood for @Coulter Caleb but I need to find a way to get it from its current home to the BS.  I’m happy to throw one of the members some cash to help me by picking it up and bringing it.  You would have to have enough trailer/truck space for the tractor with attached mower and the blade. Maybe you are planning to bring something back from the BS to the east coast but will have that open slot on the way to the show...

We've been back in Indiana for 14 months now and a Craftsman 'tractor' that they left here has been sitting untouched until today. They told me it ran good but had a transmission issue but with no battery or time I just left it sitting in the garage down the hill. It has a Kohler Magnum MV18S-58560 vertical shaft. I have the battery out of the 76 for the heart transplant so I decided to see if it would start.

 

I was surprised how fast it started and how well it sounds. There's some funny little sounds on the video but not in real life. Some minor surging but I'm sure the carb should be gone through due to sitting so long. If someone is interested let me know with enough time to spare to remove it. I'm not bringing the entire tractor.

 

This motor has been spoken for.

Got a pair of Tecumseh 10 hp here I can bring. They spin freely. Don’t know anything else about them. One recoil start and the other starter generator. Pm me if interested. Not sure what they are worth. Can get more pictures.

Slight change of plans. I've decided to keep the carb and fuel pump on the K-341. I want to rebuild them and have spares. I mentioned in a different thread that when I went back to straight 30w oil the smoking on startup stopped so I feel a bit better about it but it's still not right because it didn't do that years ago. So, if someone is interested here's what I'll bring. More info in post #12.

 

 

The starter and coil stay with the motor. The air cleaner assembly will be included but I neglected to stick it in the pictures. Other than that what you see is what you'd get......except for the red motor, the new windows, the tool cabinet, the extension cord......

since there is a lot of trading going on in here and I have gotten in on someof it, here’s one for  you. Kohler KT17(yes, series 1), ran when I took it off the horse it was in. Only thing I want to keep is the coil & PTO clutch since I have another and want it as a spare. Since I can’t run it for you, here is the deal. Size 2XL WHCC show shirt. Thats it and it’s yours. I don’t need it and don’t want to have to move it when we relocate next year(hopefully).
