"Manic-Mechanic" 1,192 #1 Posted March 20, 2018 (edited) Hello, I rebuilt my PTO & Clutch Assembly last Season, following the manual I used "Anti-Seize" instead of "Molly", however, the bearings actually locked up! I may have inadvertently used too much "Never Seize"! Well, I did free up 102914 (14-22) but, not 102919 (14-29)! It is trashed beyond repair! I understood Anti-Seize to have "Powdered Aluminum" which does not bond to steel thus providing a barrier between parts. Even after the grease or oil is cooked out under severe heat the part is still free. These bearings were actually locked up inside and wholly spinning in place! Having to rebuild again and tracking down the illusive bearings, I do not want to make another very costly mistake! Lol! Any help greatly appreciated, Oldman Edited March 20, 2018 by Oldman
R. L. Addison 299 #2 Posted March 20, 2018 Thought I had The bearing, but wrong number. The number I have is 102914, qty (2). All I have otherwise is the clutch complete. Sorry, thought I could help, but apparently I was wrong, as usual.

The other one, 102919 is the odd ball. 1.870 x 2.950 x .630inch or 47.498 x 74.93 x 16.02mm. Giving +0/- .010 should round it down or up? Lol! Oldman Couldn't find any bearing with 75mm outer other than 45mm or 50mm shaft. I think I would take the old bearing to a bearing place.... http://www.skf.com/us/system/ProductSearchResult.html
