help to identify Attachment???

[don 76 wheel horse 24]

I found a cultivator hitch looks like a bradley. But it has been modified it is about 30 inchs wide faded green with some red. it all so has a single iron rear wheel. Any ideas. Don

                  From what I can see of the attachment point I feel it went on a two wheel walk behind garden tractor.

Thanks for imput. I saved from going to recyclers plan to change hitch to fit my wheel horse, Don
