Prices of Onan 20 horse and 60" deck

I picked up a 91 or 92 520H with an Onan that runs but pretty sure popped the valve seat. I know they can be expensive to fix/rebuild, but I don't wanna deal with it. I picked up my old 10 horse diesel yesterday, and will be going in the 520. So what is an Onan long block worth?

 

Also the tractor came with a 60" deck/mule drive. I already have one, and don't plan on using it as a mower. Collecting pieces to build a loader, and will be a dedicated loader tractor. What are these worth? Wanna get an idea before I list them....

a valve seat can be replaced for about $ 100.00 in machine work and another $ 50.00 for gaskets. As for me to buy with seat out I am probably cheap but I would only give about # 100.00 for the motor. Split up you could probably get a lot more
