Should be an ID plate on the left side just below the dash housing/fuel tank tray. Will have the model number and serial number on it. No hood ornament and narrow hoodstand should make it a 1976 or 1977 model.

Not sure. I have everything I need to restore it. It came with a complete set from Redo Your Horse.
