Just broke my 1st drive chain on my 42" Wheel Horse Snow Blower.  Doe anyone have a manual on the chain and sprocket replacement.  The operating and maintenance instructions don't have anything included.

:text-welcomeconfetti: to :rs:Here's a pic of the chain routing, you will need it also recommend doing the same, also it #40 roller chain it's cheaper to buy a roll some half and master links at TSC than a replacement from Toro then you'll have a spare to boot, a chain breaker tool will be helpful as well, Jeff.

:text-yeahthat:... you’ll need your model and serial #’s off the blower for Toro parts  . You could post them here and probably get more help :) . A lot of these parts are standard parts . You can get them from TSC or NAPA (chain, bearings, bearing flanges, some sprockets/pulleys) saving you $ over Toro prices if you’re handy . Take the parts you need in with you to match them up and hopefully you get a good parts counter guy that can help you too .....And :WRS: !

I see @WVHillbilly520H beat me to it ..... :handgestures-thumbupright:

Thanks for your help guys!  This website and the people on it are unbelievable.  Thanks for the pic of the chain routing.  Looks like a quick trip to TSC should put me back in business before the next snow storm.  Our driveway is 400 yards.  Having the 520H and the support of the Wheel House Forum has been a lifesaver this past year.

It might be a good idea for a sticky to list chain lengths. The single-stage snowthrower for a 5xi #79365 uses a #40 chain with 32 links (or Toro #98-5083), and the one idler sprocket is 93-1614-01.
