This depends on which seat you are talking about. If you have the seat below. I was last able to get the covers for these from a Terry Wolfe 937-548-3781. I'm not sure if he is still selling them or not. For the foam, I layered carpet padding using glue to hold the layers together. Then I trimmed it to size & shape using an electric knife. If your seat is an injected mold style like this. It would be very difficult to reproduce with out some expensive equipment.
