I was going to do a C-145 in gray but changed my mind to a white hood and red tractor

I like the idea of propane fuel.Started converting an early 70's Ford F-600 w/330 gas burner, years ago.Got most of the parts. Then gave up.Now I'm too old.

That is a neat idea.

Maybe mount the tank hanging off the back behind the seat.

What's it take to do on a small engine?

Hate to add a sour note, but couldn't abide by the propane... I was on dispatch on Halloween 1963 when the coliseum in Indianapolis blew up --google it for details if you want....I am really careful around propane and only use it for a gas grill...:(     but, like others I like the gray and black too....

It's like Aretha Franklin sang about.R-E-S-P-E-C-T.Any fuel not used properly is dangerous as hell. Not much around that's as bad as gasoline.Of course, with all the added ethanol now a days, gasoline hardly wants to ignite with a match.Just gotta be careful.Safety first.

There are thousands of propane forklifts all over the country, I don't know how many blow up.

Some graphics might be added to the gray tractor to make it more Ford like.

Gotta say that gray is really nice looking on that round hood. Maybe because gray was a factory color of the workhorse series :confusion-shrug: and I like those too.

Reckon somebody wanted a mini Ford/Ferguson, and looks like they came extremely close, maybe some red pinstriping :confusion-scratchheadblue:...but still looks good as done, Jeff.

That's what I was thinking Jeff, Ferguson grey as Ford grey was much lighter.

We used to call propane tractors "Bombtane" Old farmers didn't give it the respect it deserved. Since it under pressure in the tank some even aired there tires up with it. Today old propane fueled tractors usually sell for much less than the same model with gasoline or diesel  fuel.

Personally the Grey Wheel Horse looks a lot better than the old grey Ferguson's did.

edgro . I am with you on this. I always tried different accents with paint. A little color here and there goes a long way. I never like factory red blob= no separation. Just my :twocents-02cents:.

That’s what I’ve been saying all along about that beastly “Grey Ghost” of yours!  It is a tough looking tractor anyway but that gray is really industrial...I know, it’s just my :twocents-02cents:

:woohoo:IMHO the sexiest battleship class of all time, the Iowa series. I’ve been on both the Wisconsin and Missouri at their current mooring sites while visiting my cousin—a 20 year Navy veteran.  Never thought about building a “horse” in his honor painted battleship gray but Now you got me thinking!!!:USA::handgestures-salute:

:handgestures-thumbsup: Not saying the grey doesn't look great...

just would like to see it accented with a little bit more of our original :wh: red.

Image result for wheel horse work horse

Maybe with a nod to our Workhorse lineage...

accomplished with a custom set of decals from Terry, our :rs:Vinylguy.

Yeah. I'm curious to know the story behind that one. A b160? Didn't know that was a thing. Little Briggs & Stratton in there. And that loader is really different.

How about the wheel horse stays red with grey decals?

I do like that grey, but no propane for me.
