Great work. Is it painted or burnt?

I’ll be needing one with a image of a RJ and a 520 too for my birthday.

:scared-eek:      You said he is a tattoo artist, perhaps a little :wh: sin art!     :ychain:

Got a wood burning kit for Christmas when I was 10 or 11. Nothing like teaching kids early to keep your fingers away from the hot end... :ROTF:

Very impressive workmanship.

The D-21 was quite a hoss in its day, and few folks knew about a D-12....There was also a D-10!

I'll see if he will send me some pics. He did most off his own tattoos too .

He joined the army at the age of 18 . Later was deployed to Kosovo and Haiti (seen stuff he’d really like to forget) . Went to Iraq as civilian working on base as a fireman and EMT (more stuff he’d like to forget) . Has always been employed by the government as a fireman, paramedic, nurse on bases all over the USA. After13 surgeries on shoulders and knees (one knee he’s on his third replacement) they wouldn’t give full disability so they fired him for missing to much work :ranting: . I don’t understand how the government can mistreat our veterans like this after serving our country.

Speaking of homemade gifts my son finally came across his two toy guns I built for Christmas presents years ago. 7F550696-EF32-401B-8BCD-8502DC6A55BF.jpeg.77c04b498ff8d9e7c20924acbb75028b.jpeg

I'm seriously wanting to get into some fractal wood art - might give it a shot using the Dynasty tig welder and see what exotic designs I can come up with - or fry myself trying which is highly likely .

My wife is an avid quilter and has made good use of this thread rack I built her a couple years back.
