Thanks!  I just changed the pump mounting so it's moved forward some and the belt now works! Now just need braces, although looks like the fitting on the top of the pump will be in the way for that brace:think: more configurations needed

@Adams94  braces on mine (same loader) are 36"OA and 34.5" hole to hole. My right brace goes under the pump. It's close but clears by about 1/8":handgestures-thumbupright:

Thanks! Is it the same size steel as the cross tube at the top,  could you take a picture of your pump and how the brace goes through there?

Loosen those fittings and adjust them so they're closer to the tractor and re-tighten. Kind of like the bottom one is.

If necessary the brace can be spaced out a little where it bolts onto the front brace bracket with washers but it should fit past the pump.

Tubing on my D200 is 1-1/16" OD  (Same a cross bar) Note on one side someone welded on reinforcing plates...Probably a good idea

I have never noticed on the Onan that there was auxiliary mounting holes for the pump bracket. Is that what is mounted to?

There's is one unused threaded hole above the frame and jus tin front of the pto and the other goes into the front bolt of the upper pto arm mount
