I like my :wh:'s but a Panzer is definitely on my wish list. Can't wait to see the restore & a pic of the PO driving it.

Chrysler. interesting story about those, they scoured junkyards for them. I have a 59 T65 that had a leaky axle seal. turns out the axle was a '46

and BTW, they only used that grill design for 2 years. one year they were painted red, the other they were painted blue

Panders are cool tractors.

And being red should fit right in with the horses

The whole story of the Copar Panzer is very interesting and midpack is correct on the rearend,  They searched junkyards for them And from the history ive researched the rearends were either Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth or AMC. There is i believe 9 different style brake shoes used in the rearends. Because of the diversity of rearends used.

There was a will, this was the way.

BTW, great American story, for the Redsquare stars and stripes theme to kick in...  Happy Veteran's day tomorrow, thanks to all who have and currently serve our country!  :flags-waveusa:

Some Panzers were made not to far from where I currently live, Waynesboro VA, before moving production to PA, Jeff. Pic from one sold at the big Auction in Zion's Crossroads/Charlottesville in September.

There is still a lawsuit pending, Chrysler sued panzer for using their rear's without permission true story. Even though they were purchased from bone yard's.
