I second that, Jim makes a very nice stack. Just perfect for that C81.

thanks guys. like the warm welcome. Jim Kemp-hes on this site? Do his stacks curve 90 degrees to reach the exhaust port?

I have one more thing to ask, irrelevant to this discussion but do you guys have one go to ag tire? I`ve been looking at carlisle and deestone? Got any feedback?

Carlisle seems to be a better tire , although some of the bigger rear sizes have moved to offshore manufacturing . The Deestone is known to run short in height . I run the Carlisle Tru Power ags on nearly all my Horses - very well made and great traction/wear rate .

The true King of ag tires is the Firestone 23 degree agricultural tire - the tried and true original with the price tag to match .

@Bud Andrews made mine. I used iron pipe fittings. I believe your C-81 has the shaker mount motor so you'll want to support it off the engine. :)

Sarge nailed it on the ags, the Dees are the most affordable and work fine in most ag tires needs.

Browse here http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/topic/56577-4-tire-suppliers/ and see if anything jumps out at ya.

Also , don't completely discount some of the off brands - I put a set of BKT ags on the front of the D , they were dead true to size and haven't worn one bit yet with excellent traction so far .

Hello all. I am looking for suggestions on adapting the pto from my C series tractor to a harbor freight predator 420 13hp engine. I know the predator motors are a controversial topic however it is the route I have chosen for this particular machine. The intent was to mostly use it for plowing so no PTO required but it would be handy to have. Looking to hear from someone that has successfully done the swap that may offer any advice before I attempt to transfer it over. Just looking for any general pointers that will help me along the way to make it go as smoothly as possible.

1979 c-101 nice project tractor just needs a few odds and ends, steering wheel, coil, carburetor bowl, the wiring was redone by previous owner....all 4 tires are good and hold air it goes into all gears no problem, transmission fluid has been changed, 10hp Kohler, message me or call or txt with any questions, it does run and runs well,  it’s been kept inside since I’ve had it, I would also trade for a mid mount grader blade thanks

Will the plow I am using on my C121 and C160 work on a 876?
or is the plow frame different?
      Thanks

      Hi All,

I have what I believe is a Commando 800 but would like to confirm model and year.  Tag reads Model # 1 0100 6; Serial # 790336. Have had it for years (bought from original owner) and want to clean it up some.

      Thanks!
