What is this for?

I was helping my sister and her husband move and they gave me these brackets. None of us knows what they are for. Do they look familiar to anyone? :scratchead:

1 Puzzles 

2 Brackets 

 

OK .

They appear to be skewed in the same direction so they're probably not a " left and right " .

Also , the shaft coming out of the bottom of the one on the left appears to have a wear mark on it . Maybe from something rotating on it .

 

Are those shafts pressed into the L brackets ? Or welded ?

Looks to me to be caster frames without the wheels.

They never had one but that doesn't mean it didn't belong to one and it ended up there somehow. They had a lot of junk laying around and don't remember where it all came from :scratchead:

Very good possibility their son had a lawn care business and maybe from some variation of an eXmark deck
