I've seen this in an engine myself. It was from a carburetor butterfly screw. I banked that lesson and always remember to split the end of a butterfly screw a little with a chisel to keep it from working its way out.

Funny @Buzz!

Nice to see you again and glad you were able to make it. Just wish you did see that part about the missing screw!

So far no crazy noises. I'll get in there and find it.

I would've definitely used it if it would work. Unfortunately that wire was just way too long. :ychain:

It did get used to band-aid someone's tie rod until they could find a good one from a vendor.
