Totte 53 #1 Posted June 13, 2017 Hi guys, I found a 42" snow blade that was used on a Commando 8, for sale. I have been trying to figure out if it will fit my C-160 and from what I can understand the answer is No. Short frame vs Long frame. Just wanted to double check with you since these things are rare here in Sweden.
Racinbob 10,204 #2 Posted June 13, 2017 My guess would be no as well. If your blade frame looks like this it won't fit a long frame. If it's like this it will fit either wheelbase.
Totte 53 #3 Posted June 13, 2017 Thanks Racinbob, Unforunately it looks like the first one. At least I don't have to spend 5 hours in the car on a sunny afternoon, picking up gear for the winter😄
Tankman 3,514 #4 Posted June 15, 2017 The frame would be easy to extend. A welder and some angle or channel iron. I've made a few frames some years ago.
Foundit 0 #5 Posted July 19, 2017 (edited) I live out west where WheelHorse attachments are few and far between. I recently bought a 312-8 and non wheelhorse tiller, plow, and snowblower attachments that I am fabbing brackets for. Does anyone have plow frame drawings or dimensions for my tractor?
