To trouble shoot, disconnect the switch at the connector and put a paper clip (temporarily) into the connector in the wiring harness to complete the circuit. If it starts, you have found the problem. These seat switches tend to be problematic. Sometimes, how you sit on the seat will prevent it from starting, 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
stevebo-(Moderator) 8,034 #5 Posted June 2, 2017 If you have the pto switch on the left side of the dash on or pulled out you will not be able to start it. The second item would be that you need to have the pedal pushed down on the right side.
