spark plugs for a 416-H

Can anyone tell me the correct spark plugs for a 1996 416-H   model 73423 6900482? I don't have the manual! Thanks in advance budman2  The one that where in it was champion RC12YC but they are covered in black soot, just wandering if they are the correct ones!

57-9340 is the Toro part number.

I appreciate the info, but the toro part #579340 doesn't tell me anything! what does that translate to in the champion brand or NGK? budman2

Yeah that was in bold print in my post 😩 Along with a link to give you every other possible acceptable mfg part number for that plug.
