Can anyone identify what model this is?

This is the only picture I have right now, I will get more later today when I visit my father.  We got this Wheel Horse, with a blower for $450 last night.  We see no where on here that identifies what variant/model this is.  My father is a Wheel Horse fanatic, and even he was stumped.  If I remember right, it has an 18hp Briggs and Stratton IC motor on it.  I didn't even know Wheel Horse actually used that motor.  I am kinda new to this scene, though.  Any help on identifying what this is would be wonderful!  If you need more information, ask away and I will send it to my father and ask him.

There should be a tag under the seat with a model number. :)

Im 99% positive we looked under the seat last night before putting it to bed, and found no tags/plates there at all.  I will look again this evening when I am there and confirm this.

Appears to be an id tag under the twin decal.

Ya got me stumped, but my knowledge of the newer models is limited. But any way :WRS:. I'm sure some one here will have the answer.

Wonder if it isn't a WorkHorse in disguise but think the 8-speed was 16hp.

GT1800 (1994) or GT1848 ( 1993 )  ??

file:///C:/Users/Jared/Downloads/wheelhorseallyears%20(1).pdf    ( just a shot in the dark - don't think it will pan out )...

If that tag is unreadable, and the numbers were stamped in (pressed in), use the old "tombstone rubbing" method:

lightly clean it first, lay a piece of thin paper over it and rub lightly back & forth with the side of a pencil lead, the depressed area with the numbers should appear white on a dark background now.

You might be on to something. No dial-a -height on it.

I think Garry nailed it too. The "TWIN" decal, no height adjuster and the B&S engine all point to a Work Horse.

My "Work Horse" has a completely different paint scheme.  I do understand the B&S were used and the Dial-a-Height was missing or optional on the Work Horses.

It can't be a GT 1800 or 1848 as they were automatics. Also they didn't come with those rubber foot rests. They did however come with those smooth front tires. That twin decal is definitely work horse. Just my two cents!!
