Hi guys, the bearing on my idler pulley (part no.7451 I think) has given up the ghost and i'm struggling here in the u.k. to find one.Does anyone know where i can get one, or how to machine (or convert)  an existing pulley to suit.Thanks.

Most times you replace the whole pulley not the bearing.  the 7451 is now 95-7668  Stens makes a couple replacements which may be easier for you to find 280362 or 280313

If it's a pulley like this (riveted together) you can drill out the rivets and replace the bearing.

  Reassemble with nuts and bolts.

I believe the 280-362 is riveted together with a better bearing in it. If it ever fails you can replace just the bearing by drilling out the rivets.

The 280-313 is a less expensive standard assembly like the originals.
