New battery new leads and starts right up. Reading 14+ volts when running but let it sit a day or two and it's dead. Any help?

Clean and tighten all of your electrical connections. Not having seen it my first guess would be a build ip of corrosion at the voltage regulator draining  the battery through a high resistance short at that point.

Obviously there is something that is drawing current when the ignition is off. Remove the ground from the battery and let the fully charged battery sit a couple of days. Reconnect and see if it starts. Your C-100 has lights which should be the only accessory. Make sure they are off.  A bad ignition switch could be keep something on like the coil. Check all electrical connections for loose or corroded connections.
