Mine was made by Original, but has nothing other than the small combination Model, Serial and Manufacturers tag inside the rear window.

The new Original Cab Company's cabs for the 300, 400, and 500 series are much more roomier and have black roofs. Mine has no Logos on the outside of the cab, and fits perfectly I may add on my 520H with a zippered back for easy refueling. :) And you can take off the doors and front and rear panels and still have a roof for shade in the summer. :handgestures-thumbupright:

The cabs made for the 70's C series were stamped on the doors with the Wheel Horse logo and the name Wheel Horse.

Yes they still make new cabs for the 300, 400, and 500 series. A member here on the forum pm'ed me that New Haven Power Equipment had a sale on them in the fall and sure enough I was able to save 300 bucks buying one from Vermont over the phone and having it shipped UPS.

Used cabs in my area were non existant or total junk.

I bit my lip and bought a new one and have never regretted it.  :wh:

Don't know why not, they are fairly similar, You may have to modify a bracket or two but it would be doable.

I'd like to put a cab on my thrower tractor , but $1000 bucks is pricey for a modest guy like me. I'd have to miss the Big Show and give up some other things to swing a deal like this.

I think the chances of someone buying it are pretty good just from this one post :P as a matter of fact it just might have followed me home from Ohio.  Pictures to follow once I get it cleaned up!
