Correct Paint Colors

Recommended Posts

What are the correct paint colors for the earlier models of Wheel Horse? I have seen some duplicate color codes, the red is close, but the white/almond doesn't look right to me.

Thanks, Andy

Key thing to remember as a RS Supporter - NO green, yellow, blue, orange, black (unless on one of God's chosen Black hoods), or any grey (unless it is for a Workhorse)... These aforementioned colors are considered capital offenses, displeasing to the eye, and are immediate justification for calling together the Red Square Color Validation Committee (RSCVC) for institution of Red Square excommunication proceedings...

Just kidding...:ychain:

Ok. Thanks all for the help with the paint colors  (and the laughs )!

I used Rust-Oleum 7765 Regal Red and 249110 Gloss Ivory. The Ivory  was Painter's Touch Ultra Cover paint plus primer, so I'm not sure it is exactly right, but it looks good. Besides, it's to late now! :) I already had the engine painted with engine black and decided to not change it.

Emblems (and tractor ID) came from redoyourhorse.com. Nice reproductions. Seat from Rural King, and bracket from a 520. Nice and cushioned and slides so I can get on and off easily. Lights are all led's so they don't draw much power. Nice and bright, to!

This GT 2500 Anniversary Special "daily driver" needed a drive belt, a brake and a minor repair. One thing led to another and here it is!

Thanks again everyone  for your help! :)
