What do you think this is?  The owner is calling it an original garden tractor.

That is a wheelasaurus.  Recognizable by the perforated wheels, of Flintsone design.

I can see how it drives, but I don't understand what work it was designed for.

This is a case of releasing  the traditional  exemption  to enter the  BIG SHOW,,,,,

Due to color conflicts.....Meaning RED is enter,,,,,and GREEN and YELLOW are a no,,,,,

think about it !!!!!!!:banana-angel::banana-angel::banana-rock::banana-rock::banana-rock::banana-dreads::banana-dreads:  Let the SHOW begin

:text-coolphotos:           My opinion;    NO!     The thingie that is attached at the front is a draw bar, not a tiller and those steel wheels would suffer from a low coefficient of friction resulting in poor traction; but it would be some great yard art!

Steel wheels were common at one point - although those look pretty skinny.

:twocents-02cents:     That is a true statement, sort of. The series of holes in the face of those wheels were attachment points for cleats.  Without them you are going Nowhere!

Yes Bare rims aren't very good. A friend of mine at Toro has a TO - RO. He used to bring it to the company picnics.

I will work on some pics. I haven't seen my friend for a long time. He is 79 now and its about time I got in touch with him again.

Back to the wannabe garden tractor - it looks like a cultivator like the TO -RO to me. The engine definitely doesn't belong on there and it just looks like it was a place to set it. It had to have been a drawn piece of equipment.

The picture isn't very good and it looks like there is a lot missing from whatever it was.

Something to make one speculate for sure.
