With no attachments, and needing paint etc., I'm thinking $300 tops.

That tractor needs paint?? No way that's choice patina!

Still no attachments 3-350 but it really does depend on location, eastern US :handgestures-thumbdown:, far southern and western states might be a tad more :thumbs2:

BTW :WRS: 12 hp

Sorry, I have to agree with  Sully and Jim,    $300 would be a sellers price.    $200-250 for a buyer.

The K-181s are great little engines and coupled to the 8 speed, they are unstoppable.

Although, I am not a fan of the rocker plate engine mounts  and the under the seat fuel tanks.

Not much can be learned from one picture, but there are some visible issues... grill damage, electrical wiring, battery clamp,  tie rod?

My 2 cents on this is not the difference between 2 or 3 hundred $ what IS the price differential is the working condition and operation of the following: Engine, Starter, Transmission, Charging circuit, Tires and Battery..... give me the status of those 6 items and the value will appear as if out of the heavens........

P.s. the C-81 is a fantastic machine and you will love it once you get the six above items where they need be.......

thanks for the info, i still want to fix the grill but I will never rempaint it because I love the putina. I am also looking for a mower deck because I know that would lift the value a little and it would be nice to start mowing with it, I am just waiting for the right price on one.

Hello all. I am looking for suggestions on adapting the pto from my C series tractor to a harbor freight predator 420 13hp engine. I know the predator motors are a controversial topic however it is the route I have chosen for this particular machine. The intent was to mostly use it for plowing so no PTO required but it would be handy to have. Looking to hear from someone that has successfully done the swap that may offer any advice before I attempt to transfer it over. Just looking for any general pointers that will help me along the way to make it go as smoothly as possible.

1979 c-101 nice project tractor just needs a few odds and ends, steering wheel, coil, carburetor bowl, the wiring was redone by previous owner....all 4 tires are good and hold air it goes into all gears no problem, transmission fluid has been changed, 10hp Kohler, message me or call or txt with any questions, it does run and runs well,  it’s been kept inside since I’ve had it, I would also trade for a mid mount grader blade thanks

Will the plow I am using on my C121 and C160 work on a 876?
or is the plow frame different?
      Thanks

      Hi All,

I have what I believe is a Commando 800 but would like to confirm model and year.  Tag reads Model # 1 0100 6; Serial # 790336. Have had it for years (bought from original owner) and want to clean it up some.

      Thanks!
