rmaynard is close, but no cigar. Hint....this person was interviewed in the DVD covering the 2001 Wheel Horse Show, "Riding Horseback" by Derrick Mayhew.

Keeping it on a Wheel Horse Collectors Club show theme, in 2014, Wild Bill Pearson had the crazy idea to see how loud the horses could be. So with the help of a decibel meter, and only about 20% of all the horse running at full throttle...here is the question:

 

What was the decibel level?
