Gearbox oil seals

Hi,

See link below. Can the oil seals # 13,14,18 all be replaced from the outside? I know some diagrams of gearboxes of other things appear that they can but you have to split it open and do it from the inside. B-100 1977.

Yes all are done from the outside.

:WRS:           Be sure the axles have no up/down or side to side movement, this would indicate bad bearings. Take a look at this thread, it should be helpful.

1 1/8" seal is SKF 11050

1" seal is SKF 7410

These are common industrial supply seals and can be bought at Grainger or NAPA.
