Got told that there 20 year old 314H needs a starter and they where quoted $500 Long story short... got it for dirt money cause "its shot" ... looks like starter drive and solenoid are both shot. I jammed a screw driver behind the starter drive and already had it running. Needs a full service but all of this is easy... T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,339 #2 Posted January 15, 2017 Looks like a Kohler Command? Or is it a Magnum? Either way, both good commercial grade engines. Nice haul, btw. Nice score, even for one that is "shot"!

The Command ohv motors are ok (I guess) but to me dont have the torgue of the old K's and Mags. Tony
