its in correct place on front of cylinder. they turned the plow quick release backwards on this one  i need to see how it connect to axle i didnt pay much attention because its cold and dark lol

yes it is. makes me happy. like when i got my 72 sears suburban 15 (harder to find sears machine due to it having a cast iron briggs instead of the normal tecumseh)

Many would want to restore this one to it's showroom glory but I really like your plan to use it and take it to shows. It's a first rate machine in its work clothes too. Maybe a nice clear coat to keep the patina in tact would be in order. So many things to consider with a beauty like this one. :handgestures-thumbupright:

its been repainted at one time within next week ill get around to looking into it see if i can find stickers near hy-2 pump

i like them just dont look the best. i dug out 62 and after footrests out of parts bin

got it together so yesterday i took some photos. now i am having issues with lift arm on 701 i think its broke. so been talking with Lane about what i need to do to make another one. one of previous owners welded a extra peice to it outside of the machine to lift blade. i want it back to way its supposed to be. but for now the rig works. come spring time the 701 will be my mowing machine
