thehorse 221 #1 Posted December 18, 2016 After installing and using the blower for sever years, I thought I had everything down to a science. I hooked blower up to 416-h a few weeks ago and moved to garage in preparation for snow. I had to move tractor around yesterday and when raising the blower, it sounded as if something was binding. After which, the blower will only lower to about an inch off the floor. I'm not sure if it was able to go the whole way to the floor before it bound up some.
