Finally told the  wife about the puller or is it at a friend's house ? I remember last year you discussing this Cub. It is one fine looking machine.

I do like the older IH Cub Cadets, but I'm not into the puller scene.  I like the looks of this one, though.  Nice job.

Ha good memory! Yea, I spilled it while we were at a garden tractor pull in the spring before I got it out for the first time . She wouldn't talk to me for a day :sleeping-asleep: but she got over it . . .

I can't complain, for the most part she let's me buy what I want.  It's all in the presentation :techie-hiding:

Thanks, for the compliments guys. Unfortunately I finished it before winter was over, so now I have to find something else to do, which I think will be in the form of some home improvements I've been blowing off.

All I got to say is WOW!!!!!!    Awesome job.   I Do have a questio.   I have a 1200 Cub roller.   It looks like your motor would also fit in my tractor,if I could find one like it.   Can you verify that for me?

I certainly love Wheel Horses, but honestly, I think I love tractors!  And that one is SWEET!  I intend to add a Cub to the herd at some point.  Made a deal that feel through not long ago.  Not my fault...

This is an old post, but I added some more pictures after I added a front weight bar and changed the setup.

Im a Cub fan and that is one nice tractor. There was a Low Boy around here for sale not long ago and I am still regretting not going to take a look at it. I " refreshed" one this summer and doing so made me appreciate how nice these machines are. Before and after of the 106 I did.

Not a tractor, but I started this restoration. Found it at a local flea market cheap. I was going to do a separate post once I made more progress.

Cubs are definitely my second favorite to Wheel Horse. They are beastly and solid, plus I like the driveline setup for pulling. That tractor did very well, it had a 16 HP instead of the original 12. This one had all the mechanicals done when I bought it and was so straight I decided it was worthy of a new look.

It now resides in a pulling association in Quebec Canada. :canada:

I just noticed that I "Liked" it back in 2016 and commented that I intended to add Cub to the herd.  I added a 147 last year.

I will spruce it up some but I'll never manage what you did!

I still like yours!
