Buckrancher has the diaphragms for the K181 pulse (vacuum) pumps only.

:twocents-02cents:    Have you given any thought to replacing the mechanical pump with an inexpensive electric low pressure pump?  Cost is lower than parts to repair the old one.

I ordered the kit from Then and Now, had it a couple of days later. It comes with everything you need. I think it's about 26 bucks. I wanted to keep everything original so I rebuilt the original cast aluminum pump, just did it on Monday and it works great. I ordered two so I had a spare and I'm glad I did. An added plus is they are nice people to deal with!!

Can you post a link to the pump you got? How did you installed it? My 312-8 is hard to start after sitting a week or more.
