The round thing is a horn and the box shaped thing is a voltage regular, both were removed. the previous owner had fitted an electric starter motor running off the flywheel ( see the silver pulley in the last photo) it all was a lash up and the wiring was like a birds nest, I ripped it all out and returned it to a pull start 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
