My 522XI has 5/16 fuel injection rated fuel line on it from the tank to the pump... I know I dont need FI rated, but do I need the 5/16 vs the standard 1/4"? Forest Road 594 #6 Posted October 1, 2016 I replaced the entire fuel line. Installed 1/4 turn inline valve, filter and boat type hand pump. Turn valve off and run it dry for storage. Squeeze the hand pump a few times and she fires right up. No more dead batteries 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
